How to Download Your Farm Reports
Download Reports keeps every farm report you generate in one place, ready to download again for 30 days. Individual animals and breeding projects have their own reports too.
Who it's for: anyone who needs a report to read, share or load into a spreadsheet. Plan: every plan, with a monthly limit on how many you generate. Time: a few seconds to generate; a couple of minutes to set up.
What you need first
- Nothing extra for a farm report. For an animal's health passport, some health records already on its profile make the passport worth sharing.
Step-by-step
Step 1: Farm reports
Farm reports live under More, then Planning & records. Tap Download Reports — the number beside it shows how many reports are waiting. Every report you've made is kept here, ready to download again for 30 days. Tap Generate Report to make a new one.
Step 2: Pick the report
Tap Report Type and choose: money, farm stats, inventory, production or sales. Then PDF to read and share, or CSV raw data for a spreadsheet. Then the dates it covers, such as This Month. Tap Generate Report — it's made in the background, so you can keep working. A few seconds later a message says it's ready, and it's at the top of your list to download.
Step 3: One animal
Every animal has a report too. Open its profile and tap Member Report to generate a PDF of what it's earned and cost, its treatments and any warnings. Its health has its own passport: tap View Health Report, then Generate PDF Report for a health grade, its vaccinations, and when it's safe to sell. Both are ready in seconds and join your farm reports under Download Reports.
Step 4: Breeding reports
Breeding projects have their own report. Open the project, tap New, then Generate PDF Report for a summary or CSV for every egg and result. It's saved on the project itself, under Attachments, as well as in your general Download Reports list.
Common mistakes
- Generating the same report twice. Reports stay downloadable for 30 days, so check your list before making another one, especially on the free plan's tighter monthly limit.
- Choosing CSV when you meant to share it. CSV is raw data for a spreadsheet; PDF is the one with your farm name that's ready to hand to a buyer or vet.
- Forgetting the health passport is per animal. A farm-wide report doesn't include one animal's vaccination history and withdrawal dates — generate that from the animal's own profile.
