How to Open Your Farm Shop
My Farm Shop turns your price list into an ordering link you can send customers. Set it up once, and orders start landing in the app.
Who it's for: farms that sell direct to customers and want orders, not a string of separate chats. Plan: every plan, free included. Time: about 10 minutes, most of it the one-time web setup.
What you need first
- A logo or photo for your shop, your farm's story in a couple of sentences, and how you deliver or let customers collect.
- A computer or phone browser, for the one-time web setup.
- A farm admin or staff login. Only they can turn the store on and change its settings.
Step-by-step
Step 1: Find your shop
On the Home screen, tap More, then Selling. Everything for selling — your shop, orders, sales and invoices — is in this one section. My Farm Shop is the first item.
Step 2: Unlock it on the web
The first time you open it, the shop is locked. Tap Continue on the web to open the short setup academy in your browser. It walks through your logo, your story, delivery, payment and seller terms — the things a customer wants to see before they order from you. Once it is done, the shop opens here in the app from then on.
Step 3: Turn it on
Open My Farm Shop again and tap Set Up Store. Everything you filled in on the web is already here, under Store Settings. One switch, Enable Store, opens the shop to customers. Turn it on.
Step 4: Share your shop
With the store on, tap Share Your Store. From here you can preview the shop the way a customer sees it, copy the link, or share it straight to WhatsApp. Send it to your regular buyers first; they are the ones most likely to place your first order.
Common mistakes
- Stopping at the web setup. Finishing the academy unlocks the shop; it does not open it. Go back to the app and turn on Enable Store.
- Turning it on with no products listed. Customers can open the link but have nothing to order. Add your first products before you share it — our next lesson covers that.
- Expecting a public listing. The shop has no directory yet. Customers only reach it through the link you share.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my farm shop locked?
The first time you open My Farm Shop, it is locked behind a short setup on the web: your logo, your story, delivery, payment and seller terms. Tap Continue on the web to finish it. Once it is done, the shop opens in the app from then on.
Does the farm shop cost extra?
No. The farm shop is on every plan, including the free plan. What is limited by plan is how many products you can list: 3 on the free plan, 15 on Growth, and unlimited on Scale and Enterprise.
Can I turn the shop off again?
Yes. Open My Farm Shop and turn off Enable Store. Customers can no longer place new orders, but your products, settings and past orders stay as they were.
How do customers find my shop?
Through the link on your Share Your Store screen. Copy it or share it directly to WhatsApp. There is no public directory yet, so the link is the only way in.
